Two deals handled by JunZeJun awarded “Deals of the year 2016” by the China Business Law Journal

In January 2017, the China Business Law Journal promulgated “Deals of the year 2016” and two of the listed deals were handled by Junzejun Law Offices. 

 

As the most influential annual deal appraisal in China, the list takes into account not only the amount of transaction but also the complexity, difficulties and innovations involved in the deal, providing instructive guidance to market transactions of the same kind. 

   

The two awarded deals are: 

 

• Ping An Securities----Vanke supply chain finance asset-backed special plan No.1-5
